    26 February 2023

On November 7th, 2022 I went to Brent Brown Toyota where I met with Rylee (she was pleasant and easy to work with) in sales and together we built and ordered a '23 Tacoma to my desired specifications. I was informed that the truck may not be built exactly as requested and that it could take as long as 4-6 months. On February 2nd, 2023 I received notice that the truck had been built and was slated for delivery between February 18th and March 8th. On February 3rd I went in to review and sign the paperwork. Dealing with Josh in finance was the unpleasant part of this ordeal. Upon voicing my displeasure, Nate the finance director, bent over backward to make things right. Initially, I had contemplated not giving any more of my future business to Brent Brown but at this point I have no reason not to.
